Outcome

Pallidus’ corporate finance advisory team advised WeBuyCars on the initial acquisition by Transaction Capital of a 49% interest in WeBuyCars. Following the success of the initial 49% acquisition, Pallidus advised WeBuyCars on the additional investment by Transaction Capital to acquire a further 25% in WeBuyCars. Pallidus played an integral role in assisting the parties in negotiating and agreeing on a transaction and ensuring the effective implementation thereof within extremely tight timelines.
